IVKAR Cup of Natural Bodybuilding

The IVKAR Cup of Natural Bodybuilding offers the following categories, with the Novice and Open categories being divided into classes based on a competitor’s height (please see Competitor Application form for details).

  • Novice
  • Open
  • Junior (18-19 yrs)
  • Junior Masters (35-39 yrs)
  • Masters (40-49 yrs)
  • Grand Masters (50-59 yrs)
  • Ultra-Grand Masters (60+ yrs)
  • Physical Disabilities (Standing and Wheelchair)
  • Mixed Pairs

Regulations

Judging/Posing

Overall Open winners of the men and women categories are named on the IVKAR Cup, receive an INBA Canada Overall engraved sword, as well as their INBA Pro-Qualifier Cards. In addition, all top-placing athletes win awards and qualify to compete as part of Team Canada at the Natural Olympia and the Natural Universe. All Team Canada members who represent their country at one of these prestigious international events also receive a custom-designed Team Canada tracksuit. (see Event Results)
